The trial against Cuozzo Pietro, from Rotondi, aged 55, defended by the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, was held before the III Section of the Court of Appeal of Naples.

Cuozzo was accused of aggravated theft of electricity of 20.342 kwh, for a value of 7.500,00 euros, to the detriment of the National Electricity Service, committed between 27 July 2014 and 25 July 2019.

Cuozzo had been sentenced in the first instance by the Court of Avellino to 1 year of imprisonment. The Court of Appeal of Naples, however, accepting the thesis of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, acquitted Pietro Cuozzo.
