"Campania: beauty is inclusion", this is the title of the video born from the project "PRIMA - VERA Campana: For a work integration of foreign citizens in Campania" which arises from the desire to increase and enhance the current involvement of citizens in the Campania Region of Third Countries in labor policies and to make citizens aware of the social and economic contribution of the immigrant population in the territory, showing the orientation actions and services put in place to encourage regular work placement paths.
The initiative is financed by the Campania Region, the European Union, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies and the Ministry of the Interior.

During the images of the video "Campania: beauty is inclusion" (https://bit.ly/scabec-primavera-campana), broadcast today in the stations and metros of Naples Central and Salerno, the the real integration of immigrant citizens into the regional socio-economic fabric through the performance of professional activities carried out together with the native population. A mix that confirms, on the one hand, the job opportunities that the territory can offer to migrants in various sectors and on the other, that Campania moves beyond linguistic and cultural barriers by developing the personal and professional growth of resident foreign citizens in the territory. This is because including foreign citizens means participating in their social integration. The advantages, then, in human and professional terms are many considering that, in addition to cultural and linguistic differences, welcoming them is an investment and not a burden.
In fact, the Region is constantly committed to guaranteeing immigrants a stable, safe and quality job, capable of putting the dignity and protection of male and female workers at the centre. Not only that, the territorial institutions are currently carrying out a series of important actions in the field of work inclusion to offer an integrated and systemic, multidisciplinary and multisectoral response, to prevent and suppress the phenomenon of illegal and undeclared work and also to protect and promote the reintegration into work of third-country nationals.
