Yesterday evening, the officers of the Decumani Police Station, during the territorial control service, while passing through via Duomo corner Via Marina, they noticed a boy tinkering with a parked motorbike and checked him, finding him in possession of a broken key.
The operators found that the scooter had a broken steering lock and a damaged latch; therefore, after identifying the man as a 19-year-old Neapolitan with a police record, they arrested him for attempted aggravated theft.
