The judge of the Court of Avellino, Fabrizio Ciccone, has ordered the transfer to house arrest, with the obligation to wear an electronic bracelet, of Nico Iannuzzi and Luca Sciarrillo, guilty of the wounding and death of 21-year-old Roberto Bembo, which occurred at dawn on January XNUMXst.
The judge accepted the request of their lawyer, Gaetano Aufiero. Therefore, after seven months spent in the Avellino prison, the two suspects return home.
The victim, originally from Mercogliano (Avellino), was stabbed in the throat after a trivial argument over parking near a bar in Torrette di Mercogliano in which some of his friends had been involved.
Due to the severity of the wounds suffered to the carotid artery, the young man died on January 10 in the intensive care unit of the “Moscati” hospital in Avellino.
