Anti-drug blitz by the Carabinieri of the Naples company's operational unit Vomero. Two men, a 33-year-old and a 58-year-old, were arrested for drug possession and dealing. The soldiers – stationed in via Simone Martini – noticed the 58-year-old as he handed the young man an envelope.
The two were stopped: in the bag 1 kilo of marijuana. In the pockets of the 33-year-old another 8,6 grams of the same substance while the older man was found in possession of a switchblade. The arrested are awaiting trial.
