Yesterday, the agents of the Office of General Prevention and Public Rescue and the Police Station Vasto– Arenaccia, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza, with the support of the Canine Unit of the General Prevention Office and the collaboration of Local Police personnel, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the Vasto and Arenaccia areas.
During the service, 64 people were identified, 17 of whom had a police record, 16 vehicles were checked, two of which were subjected to administrative seizure and one to administrative detention, and 5 violations of the Highway Code were contested.
A commercial establishment was also checked, whose owner was fined for violation of noise impact, irregular sign, prohibition of anti-smoking rules and for illegal occupation of public land.
Finally, the operators reported a person for driving without a license since he had never obtained one and had repeated the violation in the two-year period.
