This was stated by the Minister of Civil Protection Nello Musumeci, Pozzuoli at the end of the technical-operational meeting on the bradyseism situation in the Phlegraean Fields.
"We will adopt a series of initiatives to enhance this area - added Musumeci - initiatives of great importance. Of course we cannot deny that this area is exposed to some natural risks, but from this to having to live the panic runs a long way.
A population aware of the risks of its territory and of the origin that determines the risks is a safer population”.

“We will delimit a new attention zone for bradyseism. There is no evacuation plan for the risk of bradyseism at the moment and it must be done”.
“There is a territorial plan for the Campi Flegrei volcano but not for bradyseism. We are talking about objectives that have always existed and have not been achieved in 60 years”.
