Last morning, the officers of the San Carlo Arena Police Station and the Flying Squad, as part of the services set up for this purpose, carried out an anti-drug operation inside a building in via Arenaccia.
The activity carried out by the police had a positive outcome as they found, in the cavity of the elevator shaft, a bag with 618.580 euros and a jammer (signal suppressor).
Furthermore, the operators carried out a check, in the same building, at the apartment of a woman where they found, in the bedroom, an envelope with another 15.055 euros and a monitor that reproduced the images recorded by 4 cameras connected to a DVR system (video surveillance system) that framed both the public street and the interior of the building; furthermore, in the garage used by the defendant, they found two envelopes containing approximately 7,855 kg of cocaine, 7 blocks of hashish with a total weight of approximately 278 grams, 2 scales and various material for packaging the drug.
Therefore, a 42-year-old Neapolitan woman was reported for illicit possession of narcotic substances.
