Ua red bench, symbol of the fight against femicide and gender violence, has been installed in the Palace of Justice of Napoli, in front of the headquarters of the Bar Association Council.
This morning's initiative, promoted by the Adgi in the covered square of the Palace of Justice, saw the participation of the president of the Court Elisabetta Garzo, the presidents of the Courts of Naples and Benevento Immacolata Troianiello and Stefania Pavone, Paola Russo of the Naples section of the Adgi (Association of Women Jurists in Italy), the vice president of the Regional Council Loredana Raia and Domenica Lomezzo, councilor for equality of the Campania Region.
The president of the lawyers of Naples, Troianiello, underlined the importance of the location of the bench inside the Court, since it represents a place frequented daily by lawyers and magistrates.
These professionals are the first point of reference for victims and must show the way to achieve justice and destroy what should not exist.
