The 23-year-old began stalking the woman with constant phone calls and messages at all hours of the day and night, even making death threats and sending her photos of a gun.
The threats didn't stop with the woman: the 23-year-old also threatened to kill the woman's family members who tried to convince him to leave her alone.
The Carabinieri of Cisterna di Latina tracked down the 23-year-old in his home and arrested him. The man tried to hide in a closet, but the military found him.
The Carabinieri acquired photographic documentation and messages obtained from the victim's smartphone, which framed the 23-year-old.
