In Poggiomarino, a 19-year-old of Romanian origin was arrested by the Carabinieri after pulling out a Beretta 92FS pistol and throwing it at a patrol.
Even though it was a replica of the Beretta used by law enforcement, it had no red cap to indicate it was a fake.
The young man, already known to the police, was on the street along Via Roma and was reported by passers-by who were concerned about his agitated behavior.

When the Carabinieri intervened, the 19-year-old reacted by throwing the gun against the rear window of the Gazelle.
After a brief scuffle, in the center of poggiomarino, was stopped and arrested for resisting a public official. The young man is currently in prison awaiting trial.
