The beginning of the ordeal. It all started on December 17, when the three boys went to the house in the Libertà district to settle an argument with some peers.
Instead of finding a peaceful solution, the boys were kidnapped and subjected to brutal and degrading treatment.
The clarifying appointment was instead a trap
Beatings with kicks, punches, chairs and a truncheon, knife blows, threats and insults: a real hell. An endless humiliation. One of the boys was forced to clean his blood, move on all fours and make dog noises.
The three unfortunates were also robbed of cell phones, money and cars. The Carabinieri, suspicious of a car carrying two of the kidnappers and a boy with obvious signs of violence, had stopped the vehicle and started the investigation.
The victims' testimonies, video surveillance images and telephone traffic data allowed us to reconstruct what happened. One of the suspects was also arrested red-handed for drug possession.
The investigating judge of the Benevento Court has ordered the precautionary custody in prison for the man who lives in the apartment where the torture took place and house arrest for the other three.
