The hearing was held before the Single Judge of the Court of Benevento the trial of Renzo Ruggiero, 54 years old Airola, Michelina Ciaramella, 50 from Airola and Francesca Ruggiero, 24 from Airola, accused of injury, threats and insults in competition between them for events that occurred in Airola in 2019 against a minor who had joined the civil action, first through his mother and then personally.
