Five measures Dacur were issued by the police commissioner of Benevento against an equal number of people who in the month of April were allegedly involved in a violent physical fight in aservice area present along the SS372 in the municipality of Puglianello.
The facts were reconstructed after a complex activity conducted by the Telese Terme Police Station through which it was ascertained that during the early hours of the morning five people, residents in municipalities bordering Puglianello, had physically confronted each other in a violent manner in the parking lot of the service area.
Subsequently, some of these individuals had entered the bar of the service station and this time had violently attacked with kicks and punches a customer, also hitting him with a baseball bat while he was lying on the ground. The five recipients were banned from accessing all public establishments and places of public entertainment located along the stretch of road of the SS372 falling within the province of Benevento for a period of two years.
