The action, conducted jointly by the Port Authority, the Guardia di Finanza, the State Police and the Local Police, broke up an illegal occupation that saw the presence of 40 boats moored illegally.
Three people reported
Three people have been reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples for the crimes of illegal occupation and violation of landscape and architectural constraints. The Coast Guard has proceeded with the seizure of the area and the removal of the boats and structures of illegal mooring.
Checks and sanctions for concessions
The operation did not end with the seizure. In fact, checks were carried out on the concessions present in the area, ascertaining several violations. 7 administrative violations were contested for non-compliant use of the concessions, with the imposition of fines for a total of over 7.000 euros.
