Scafati. After five months in prison, Raffaele Forte, the leader of the Mariconda gang, has been released. Giuseppe Di Dato, a new Scafati informant, identified him as the promoter and manager of a cocaine trafficking ring centered in the working-class Mariconda neighborhood on the border between Scafati and Pompeii.
