Capua. A 63 year old man from Bellona was reported at liberty by the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of Capua for failure to rescue.

On the evening of July 8, the man was driving an Audi A4 SW on via Santa Maria Capua Vetere in Capua when he hit a Piaggio Beverly motorcycle with two people on board.
Instead of providing assistance to the injured, who suffered only minor injuries, fled.
