An absurd story that once again affects the category of the weakest and least well-off.
An invalid, who following the ruling of the Constitutional Court no. 152/2020 (which recognized the inadequacy of the amount of the civil invalidity pension and urged the legislator to provide for its increase also for people under the age of 60.
Increase fixed from 300 euros to 651 euros, with further income limits), had seen the automatic increase in the civil disability allowance, for a total of 2020 euros, in November 651, having zero income in the years prior to 2020 (the law provides for an income amount of 9000 euros to obtain the benefit).
Since 2021 he had been working part-time, regularly declared with an income declaration submitted to the Revenue Agency and to INPS itself (3000 euros in 2021, 2500 euros in 2022).
In August 2024, without any communication from the institution (neither from Rome, nor from Telese, nor from Benevento) he discovered that the amount of the check had been significantly changed, downwards.
Incredulous, he formally asks for clarifications and explanations from theDuck of belonging, which communicates the change.
He discovers, without any prior notification, that he had also incurred a debt, currently amounting to 8.000 euros.
Adding insult to injury, he has of course filed an appeal through his lawyer, Massimo Viscusi.
