Castellammare di Stabia – The Guardia di Finanza of Torre Annunziata has executed a preventive seizure order, also for equivalent, for a total value of 501.345,59 euros, against COM Service srl, a company based in Castellammare di Stabia, and its legal representative.
The measure was ordered by the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Torre Annunziata at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, as part of an investigation into failure to file a tax return (art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 74/2000).
The operation originates from a tax audit conducted by the Guardia di Finanza of Castellammare di Stabia on the company's financial statements, for the tax years from 2021 to 2024.
The investigations revealed that the company, active in the residential and commercial building cleaning services sector in the province of Naples, had failed to file a VAT return for 2022 and 2023, despite having a tax owed of €155.439,85 for the first year and €345.905,74 for the second.
In light of the irregularities that emerged, the seizure of assets and financial resources attributable to the company and its legal representative was ordered. Specifically, 327.170,59 euros in current accounts, 143.175 euros in real estate, 30.000 euros in company shares and a vehicle worth 1.000 euros were frozen.
The operation is part of the activities to combat tax evasion carried out by the Guardia di Finanza, with the aim of protecting tax revenues and ensuring legality in the economic fabric of the territory.

It is very strange that a company like COM Service has not filed a VAT return for two consecutive years, it seems incredible. I wonder how it is possible that no one noticed this situation before.
