Salerno, two arrests for theft and assault on a construction site custodian

A Salerno, two men were arrested on charges of robbery and assault after attacking the guardian of a construction site.

The incident occurred on a construction site in the city of Salerno, when Martone and Barrella attempted to steal equipment and materials. The caretaker, who intervened to defend the goods, was attacked and suffered physical injuries. Not content with the theft, the two men also stole the victim's cell phone before fleeing. The violence of theaggression has raised alarm not only among law enforcement, but also in the local community, particularly concerned about the increase in thefts at construction sites.

The investigations, supported by testimonies and images from surveillance cameras, allowed the perpetrators to be quickly identified.
