It happened shortly after midnight in via Figurelle at number 33 where the explosion of a large firecracker damaged the windows of a bar-tobacconist's and a bakery. Two cars parked there were also damaged.
The Carabinieri of the Poggioreale company, who intervened on the spot and are conducting the investigations, have interviewed the owners of the two shops targeted for summary information. Both have reported that they have never received any threats or extortionate requests and not being able to explain the reasons for the attack.
