Acerra. The city is mourning the death of Anna Accardi and Rosaria Sgherzi, respectively a mother and daughter aged 75 and 49 who died the other day in a tragic road accident along state road 272 between San Severo and San Marco in Lamis in the province of Foggia.
The funeral will take place this morning in the church of Maria Santissima Annunziata, then the body of Rosaria Sgherzi will continue to Rodi Garganico, where she lived with her partner and children and where she will be buried.
The two who were in the car with another relative of 23 years who was injured and still hospitalized collided at what for the people of Foggia is considered the crossroads of death where in the past other fatal accidents have already occurred.
The Fiat Panda driven by Rosaria Sgherzi collided head-on with a Fiat 500 driven by a 36-year-old local man, who was also injured but not seriously. Investigations into the causes of the accident are underway
