Salerno. The Carabinieri of the Amalfi Company have executed an order of personal precautionary measures issued by the GIP of the Court of Salerno, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The operation led to the house arrest of Giuseppe Miccio and Domenico Busiello, accused of possession and dealing of narcotic substances, including cocaine, hashish and marijuana.
The investigation, which lasted several months, allowed the dismantling of a drug dealing network that operated in the municipality of Minori and in the surrounding towns of the Amalfi coast. The investigations, also conducted with telephone and environmental interceptions, led to the seizure of approximately 90 grams of drugs, including hashish, marijuana and cocaine.
The operation represents a further step in the fight against drug trafficking in the area, highlighting the constant commitment of law enforcement in combating this phenomenon.
