NAPLES - “Am I a robot for Conte? I think we all are a bit, because we prepare the games together every week and we do what the coach asks us”: With these words Amir Rrahmani, Napoli defender, described the working method imposed by coach Antonio Conte, underlining the discipline and organization of the team.
Speaking to Radio CRC, a partner station of the Neapolitan club, the Kosovar centre-back highlighted the importance of collective pressing in the defensive solidity rediscovered by the Azzurri: "Our strength is that we defend as a team, all together. The pressure starts from the attackers and this makes our work easier at the back. Defending forward helps us to better manage defensive situations and prevent opponents from receiving clean balls."
Rrahmani, now a pillar of the Italian rearguard, said he was aware of his role as leader: "It's my fifth year in Naples, it's not easy to stay so long in a club. To do that you need continuity, stability and always top performances. I try to do everything the coach asks and give my best."

And an interesting speech that of Rrahmani on the role of the coach and the importance of the team. I think that each player must do his part but also the group must be united to win the games, as he says.
