Sunday, May 18th will be a Sunday to be experienced in one breath, when the ten matches of the 37th day of Serie A, the penultimate of the championship, will be played simultaneously.
The decision was made official by Lega Serie A in compliance with circular no. 3 of 3 July 2024, which provides for the contemporaneity of matches involving teams with the same ranking interest. The organization of the blocks and the distribution of the times, which will be announced on Tuesday 13 May, will serve to guarantee regularity and maximum transparency in view of the final sprint for title, Europe and salvation.
The day's calendar offers tough and high-tension matches: among the most anticipated, Roma-Milan, Inter-Lazio, Juventus-Udinese and Parma-Napoli. However, it is not excluded that some matches could be brought forward to Saturday 17 May: Verona-Como and Genoa-Atalanta could be moved, if - after the results of the 36th day - they no longer need to be played at the same time as others.
