Six new police officers in Naples: three at the Police Headquarters, three at the Mobile Unit

Reinforcements are arriving for the Naples Police Headquarters and the 4th Mobile Unit. Six officials, from Campania, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, and the central offices of the Ministry of the Interior, have been assigned as part of the reorganization of the offices.

Today, the State Police formally announced the arrival of new officers in Naples. Three are assigned to the Police Headquarters, and three more to the 4th Mobile Unit. The new officers at the Police Headquarters are Deputy Chief Paolo Maisto, who previously served from the Casal di Principe Police Station in the province of Caserta;

Deputy Police Commissioner Marco Nottebella, transferred from the Arezzo Police Headquarters; and Chief Commissioner Angela Sangeniti, who arrives from the Piacenza Police Headquarters. The 4th Mobile Unit has been assigned Chief Commissioner Giuseppe Maruggi, who arrives from the Inspectorate for Assistance, Social, Sports, and Logistical Support Activities of the Department of Public Safety; Chief Commissioner Pierluigi Matteo Baldino, who arrives from the Rome Police Headquarters; and, as of November 17, Chief Commissioner Fabio Formisano, currently serving at the Telese Police Station in the province of Benevento. These assignments are part of the reorganization and strengthening plan for the Naples offices.

The provisions do not specify, at least at this stage, the individual operational roles that the six officials will fill.
