The number of positive Covid cases and deaths in Campania is still high but the curve seems to be starting to drop also in light of the high number of daily recoveries.
IIn Campania, in fact, in the last 24 hours, 2.045 people tested positive for Coronavirus, 2.080 recovered and 52 deaths were recorded, of which 28 in the last 48 hours and 24 occurred previously but recorded yesterday. In percentage terms, this means that 9,68% of the tests were positive, almost one percentage point less than yesterday when the contagion rate was 10,30%.

Of the 21.120 molecular swabs and 3.233 antigenic tests carried out, 1.392 are asymptomatic and 653 are symptomatic, referring only to those who tested positive for the molecular swab. This was communicated byRegional Crisis Unit. The total number of recoveries is 221.110, while the total number of deaths is 5.054. The swabs processed yesterday are 21.120, of which 3.233 are antigenic. The regional bed-place report shows 656 intensive care beds available, of which 179 are occupied, while the available hospital beds, between Covid beds and private offerings, are 3.160, of which 1.587 are occupied.
