CampaniaThe President's order is about to be published Vincenzo De Luca which extends the expiring measures and updates them to the directives that will come into force on August 6th on the national territory, from August 1st to 31st “the obligation to use respiratory protection devices, even outdoors, remains in place, among other things, in any situation in which interpersonal distancing cannot be guaranteed or when gatherings or crowds occur.
The use of the aforementioned devices therefore remains mandatory, in the regional territory, in every non-isolated place - for example in urban centers, in squares, on seafronts during crowded hours and situations - as well as in queues, queues, markets or fairs and other events, even outdoors, as well as in outdoor public transport contexts such as ferries, boats, ships".
Furthermore, it is confirmed, until August 31st, the ban on takeaway sales of alcoholic beverages from 22pm to 6am. This is provided for in the same ordinance signed today by the President of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca.
The measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 contagion represent an extension of what was already established by a previous ordinance published on June 25. Therefore, for the entire month of August, it remains prohibited “the sale of alcoholic beverages of any strength for takeaway by any commercial establishment (including bars, kiosks, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, wine bars, supermarkets) and by vending machines”.
It is also done “ban on the consumption of alcoholic beverages, of any strength, in public areas and areas open to the public, including spaces in front of commercial establishments, squares, villas and municipal parks”.
To bars, "baretti", wine shops, ice cream shops, pastry shops, kiosks and street food outlets, as well as to other catering establishments, “the sale of alcoholic beverages, of any strength, is permitted exclusively at the counter or at tables”The ordinance reiterates the ban on “crowding or gatherings for the consumption of any type of food in public places or places open to the public”.
