Napoli. Last night, during their territorial control service, officers from the General Prevention Office and the Pianura Police Station, while driving along Viale Cinthia in the direction of Fuorigrotta, noticed a man in a car that was speeding and who, at the sight of them, fled despite having been ordered to stop.
The car continued its journey, making dangerous maneuvers for road traffic, triggering a brief chase that ended at the entrance to the Monte Sant'Angelo University where the fugitive threatened the police from the window, brandishing a glass bottle.
Furthermore, once outside the vehicle, the man hit one of the operators and attempted to flee on foot but was stopped and found in possession of a package of cocaine.
GR, a 30-year-old Neapolitan, was arrested for assault, threats and resisting a Public Official and reported for driving under the influence of psycho-physical alteration due to the use of narcotic substances; finally, he was also administratively sanctioned for possession of narcotic substances for personal use.
