Of the 394 cylinders stored without any safety conditions, 180 of these were full, with a storage amounting to almost 3 tons of flammable liquid.
Many were without seals, without testing labels and without any indication of provenance.
An illegal storage of explosive material highly dangerous for public safety due to the lack of any safety measures. The manager of the activity will have to answer for several crimes: violations of the regulations on explosive materials and on the resale of LPG, lack of the relevant authorizations, violations of safety in the workplace.
Also reported for commercial fraud. During the check, the Carabinieri finally found that none of the employees present in the company had a greenpass. They were all fined.
The entire area was seized and the cylinders were entrusted to an authorized person.
