They would have determined a deficit of approximately 80 million euros and the bankruptcy, on June 17, 2020, of a company operating in the waste collection and disposal sector, with numerous public contracts in Campania and in various regions of southern Italy: the military of the Guardia di Finanza of Benevento have notified two arrests (one in prison and one under house arrest) and a one-year ban on running businesses or holding management positions in legal entities, issued by the investigating judge at the request of the Benevento Prosecutor's Office, coordinated by Aldo Policastro, against three suspects accused of fraudulent bankruptcy (documentary and dissipative), self-laundering and tax crimes for several million euros.
The financial police also carried out precautionary measures against three companies in the Valle Caudina and operating, for the most part, in the waste collection and disposal sector. In particular, the preventive seizure was notified against two companies with the simultaneous appointment of a judicial administrator and the preventive seizure of over six million euros.
The preliminary investigations have allowed us to acquire serious evidence of guilt against the legal representatives of the companies involved and two other people, who turned out to be front men.
