Casoria, property sold at auction seized by the Carabinieri. With the seizure also came the eviction of the former owner and his family.
After the auction of part of the building he owned, he did not allow access to the property to the legitimate buyers, threatening and physically attacking them. This is the accusation against a man living in Casoria, from whom the Carabinieri seized the three-story building that was the object of the judicial auction on the orders of the GIP of Naples North; the crimes contested are private violence, threats and personal injury.
The auction procedure had only involved the second and third floors of the building, but the suspect and his family continued to live there as if nothing had happened, preventing buyers from taking possession; thus the complaint was filed with the Carabinieri and the investigation coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office of Naples North. With the seizure also came the eviction of the former owner and his family.
