Caivano. Dealing under house arrest. Also in the house is a homemade weapon, a metal “cylinder” ready to shoot: 31-year-old arrested by the Carabinieri.
It is around 23pm and Antonio Natale, a 31-year-old under house arrest, is on the list of the Carabinieri of the Caivano of prisoners to be monitored.
There are only a few meters to his ground floor home when 3 people come out of the front door. They notice the 2 patrols and take refuge back in the house, closing the door behind them.
The military witness the scene and intervene. Two of them position themselves in front of the entrance door, the other two on the sides of the back exit. It is from there that the 3 guests exit, thinking they have eluded the control. Blocked and identified, they say they were there to buy drugs.
The search begins and for Christmas the handcuffs. A sophisticated video surveillance system with 7 cameras was seized, 4 of which were installed outside, and a 50-inch television where external and internal images were broadcast live.
And also a clandestine homemade pistol compatible with 7,65 and 32 auto caliber bullets (essentially a metal cylinder with a trigger), 23 bullets (13 are blanks), 52 grams of cocaine, 110 of hashish, a small bag of marijuana, material for cutting and packaging the doses.
The hiding place was ingenious. It was all hidden in a metal cabinet with an electric opening and a drawer covered by a coat hanger, built into the wall of the laundry room.
Natale was arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing, illegal firearms and illegal possession of ammunition for common firearms. He is now in prison, awaiting trial.
