"The Pact has already been defined, the documentation has been agreed and defined with the Mef and the Presidency of the Council. In Rome, the day of the signature is being evaluated, which concerns four Municipalities, but I don't think we will have to wait long".
These are the words of the mayor of Napoli, Gaetano Manfredi, in relation to the signing of the so-called 'Pact for Naples', an agreement with the Government to be able to benefit from the economic and financial support as provided for in the latest Budget. Manfredi highlighted that one of the consequences of the Pact is also the recognition of the debts that the Municipality must honor.
"The situation of the past years - he explained - has determined a very high level of litigation in various sectors. Our objective is to put the budget and administrative processes in order precisely to reduce litigation to a minimum, which is certainly anomalous."
