Marcianise, professor hit by train: cell phone seized. The tragedy occurred on Thursday, May 5
The investigations of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (substitute Gerardina Cozzolino) continue into the death of 55-year-old teacher Raffaella Maietta, hit and killed by a train last Thursday, May 5, at the Marcianise station.
From the initial investigations by the Railway Police it seemed that it was a suicide, but the family - the 67-year-old husband Luigi and their children Tommaso and Katia - never believed this hypothesis, and so appointed lawyers Raffaele and Gaetano Crisileo who filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office.
and investigators are focusing their attention on the woman's cell phone, which was seized by the Polfer, and which could help reconstruct the two "decisive" hours, that is, from 6.30 in the morning, when the woman was left home alone after her husband left for work (their children have been working outside the region for years), to 8.45, when the tragedy occurred.
