Caf falsifies documents and 84 foreigners receive the Income without citizenship requirements: large-scale scam discovered by the Capua finance department
The Guardia di Finanza of the Capua Company, at the end of a complex and detailed investigation directed by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, has reported 84 people of non-EU nationality for the crime of fraud against the State who, falsely attesting in the appropriate self-certification to have lived in Italy for at least a decade, have unduly received the total sum of over 600 thousand curo as a disbursement of the citizen's income.
This measure is available in the presence of requirements relating to both economic conditions and residence or in any case actual permanence in Italy for at least 10 years.
By monitoring the activity carried out by a CAF operating in the Province of Caserta in relation to the presentation and management of applications, it was ascertained that the 84 people reported to the judicial authority were not entitled to benefits, lacking the residency requirement.
