Marcianise. The State Police, on the night of July 22nd, proceeded to arrest a 45enne Georgian, domiciled in capodrise, for attempted sexual violence, resistance, injury ed insult to a public official.
The officers of the Flying Squad of the local police station intervened in via Santa Caterina following the screams of a woman who was asking for help because she was being attacked by a man. The police immediately identified the person, shaken and frightened, with torn clothes and with evident signs of abrasions on her body while, not far from the place where the woman had been found, they identified a man who was clearly drunk who, at the sight of the police patrol, tried to escape by punching the officers and the service car.
The man was taken to the police station where he intervened medical staff of the 118 to provide him with assistance, given the altered psychophysical state he was in. The 45-year-old was found to have serious and consistent evidence of a crime in relation to the crimes of attempted sexual assault, beatings and mistreatment of the woman, his compatriot.
