Among those under investigation for the death of Giovanni Rinaldi, the 31-year-old from Molfetta and resident in Cerignola, are two police officers from the Flying Squad of the Police Headquarters of Avellino and three from the Foggia Flying Squad. They are accused of manslaughter.
This is a necessary act in order to proceed with the autopsy on the victim in the presence of medical and legal experts from all parties but also to carry out all the investigations to reconstruct the dynamics of what happened last Thursday evening in the square of the Cesinali cemetery.
There are two investigations opened by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Avellino, directed by Domenico Airoma. One is precisely on the death of the 31-year-old, and the other is the robbery and the criminal contest in which it matured.

The 56-year-old – who is under special surveillance – is considered a point of reference for the Bari underworld. At least one other person who was in their company is being sought.
