Checks continue to uncover irregularities in the distribution of citizen income.
The Carabinieri of the San Bartolomeo in Galdo company and the Castelfranco in Miscano station, at the end of checks and investigations, reported at liberty, to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Benevento, a thirty-one-year-old already known to the police, for undue receipt of citizen's income.
In order to obtain the measure, the man had certified in the relative application circumstances that did not correspond to reality, having omitted to indicate that he was the owner of a car with a cylinder capacity greater than that permitted, receiving the benefit, revoked following the check, of the amount of approximately 500 euros in the month of last February.
This is a second episode: in fact, the man had already implemented a similar conduct in 2020 when the subsidy was revoked following a check by the Carabinieri and on that occasion he had not even returned the sum unduly received equal to approximately 2.000 euros.
