Two arrests by the police in Casalnuovo and Soccavo

This morning, the Flying Squad officers arrested a 30-year-old from Casalnuovo at his home.

Arrest occurred in execution of a provision of concurrent sentences and a simultaneous order of execution for imprisonment, issued last Monday by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples - Criminal Enforcement Office, having to serve a sentence of 6 years 5 months and 28 days of imprisonment for the crimes of evasion, attempted robbery and money laundering, committed in Naples between 2013 and 2014.

25-year-old arrested in Soccavo for aggravated personal injury

This morning, officers from the San Ferdinando Police Station arrested a 25-year-old Neapolitan at his home in Via Vicinale Palazziello, in execution of a prison order issued yesterday by the Attorney General of the Republic at the Court of Appeal of L'Aquila - Criminal Enforcement Office, as he had been sentenced to 2 years, 7 months and 26 days in prison and a fine of 800 euros for robbery and aggravated personal injury, committed in Pescara in September 2020.
