Wild parking is one of the most 'annoying' problems that affects the Neapolitan territory and that pushes more and more citizens to report the phenomenon especially when it is not a question of 'occasionalism' but of a real habit.
In fact, in the Pizzofalcone area a car has been parked, improperly, in the same place for at least three years.
This was reported by a resident who contacted the deputy of the Green-Left alliance Francesco Emilio Borrelli.
"I live in Vico Egiziaca in Pizzofalcone, a little alley that could be very nice, but alas, it is always dirty because the street cleaners don't come by and unfortunately there are many uncivilized people here. The problem, however, that makes me most angry is that the alley is closed by parked cars, one in particular has been stationary for more than three years, I have made several reports to the police but I have never received anything. What can I do?
From what I understand, the police say that since there are no signs they can't do anything. How can you get signs? Maybe a nice no parking sign! Can it be done?-the woman said.
“We have reported the matter to the Municipal Police and the City offices, expecting a resolution as soon as possible”, commented Borrelli with the municipal councilors of Europa Verde Gianni Caselli and Lorenzo Pascucci.
“This episode is yet another demonstration of the level of incivility that has been reached and which dispels, once again, the myth of 'I'll park here because I'll only be gone for 5 minutes' given that incivility and arrogance are not temporary things, and even if that were the case they would always have to be fought, but are evidently part of the genetic makeup of certain individuals who therefore need to be corrected by starting to be inflexible.
We have been fighting for years against wild parking that creates problems, inconveniences and dangers. It is time that the institutions really support this battle.”

The car takes up almost the entire lane and does not allow other cars to pass. Therefore it is in a no-parking zone. As is the other black car, visible in the same photo.
