The Carabinieri of the Bologna Navile station have arrested a 34 year old originally from Napoli, already with various precedents, hit by a custodial remand order in prison.
The Court of Appeal of Bologna issued the order, in light of the man's 'less than exemplary' conduct and his social dangerousness. The judge replaced the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the judicial police, for some episodes of theft and robbery committed in Bologna last year, with that of custody in prison.
Previously, the 34-year-old, subjected to house arrest in an apartment in Via del Lavoro as part of another criminal proceeding, had been caught outside his home without authorization three times.
