Record-breaking TV series loved by young and old, 'Sea Out' will be the subject of a focus on Tuesday at the Urbano park in Acerra with a meeting with the protagonists of the series as part of the annual stages for schools of School Hub, a special event of the Social World Film Festival, International Social Cinema Exhibition of Vico Equense.
The cast members Giovanna Sannino (Carmela), Enrico Tijani (Dobermann), Francesco Panarella (Puppy), Antonio D'Aquino (Milos), will take part in a meeting with young people and students from the area, presented by Stefania Sirignano, on the social issues covered in the series. At the end, they will leave their prints on clay tablets that will then be cast in bronze and will remain forever imprinted and preserved in the Cinema Museum of Vico Equense, inaugurated in 2014, as a testimony to their social commitment through their work as actors in the series.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Rai Teche, Rai Fiction and Picomedia, on 3, 4 and 5 April there will be a shared screening marathon with debates of the 36 episodes of the series at the Casa del Cinema e delle Arti in Acerra, a project supported by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service. The event is part of the 'School Hub' project, an incubator dedicated to social issues for schools through cinema and audiovisual media, within the National Cinema Plan for Schools of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education and Merit.
The Social World Film Festival has organized more than 500 days of cinematographic activity in Campania and throughout the country, 40 international events that have touched 30 cities on five continents from New York to Sydney passing through Tokyo, Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro, Tunis and London, involving thousands of spectators and hundreds of protagonists and institutions of world cinematography including the Academy of the Oscars (Margaret Herrick Library), the University of Los Angeles Ucla and Usc together with dozens of Italian Cultural Institutes in the world. Furthermore, the Festival has over time obtained the award of the Medal of the President of the Republic and the Presidential Adhesion of the Senate of the Republic and the Chamber of Deputies and placed Under the High Patronage of the European Parliament.
