The personnel of the Chiaia Operational Unit of the local police have seized a 70 mXNUMX premises, recently built in the Posillipo district.
The agents, following a series of investigations that also involved the Condono offices, discovered that in via Manzoni, an area subject to strict landscape restrictions as well as an area of archaeological interest pursuant to art. 58 PRG of 2004, the owner of a piece of land had carried out construction work without a building permit consisting of a concrete structure, directly overlooking the Gulf of Pozzuoli, used as a lounge and kitchen.
Again, the officers of the Chiaia Operations Unit, while following up on a complaint that reported the continuous dumping of special waste, surprised a person in via Carducci, near the Liceo Umberto, intent on depositing construction waste materials.
The person responsible, the owner of a company in the construction sector, was charged with violations committed pursuant to laws and regulations relating to waste management.
