A water bomb hit the municipality of Forino, in the province of Avellino, in particular in the Celzi hamlet where heavy flooding is being recorded. Local Civil Protection teams and Firefighters are rushing to the scene. According to sources from the same Civil Protection, one person is reported missing.
It would be a man dragged by the river of water while he was on board his car. The damage that is starting to be counted would be extensive. Firefighters and civil protection vehicles are already operating in the area.
The mayors of the municipalities affected by the sudden water bomb invite citizens to leave their homes only if necessary and not to frequent the lower floors of homes.
