Ioia has been locked up in a Calabrian prison since last October, a few days after his arrest for evident environmental incompatibilities in Poggioreale. The trial was held with the abbreviated shooting.

In particular Massimiliano Murolo and from the companion Sonia Guillari. In fact, they were the ones who purchased the cell phones to be sent to the relatives detained in Poggioreale through the unsuspecting former guarantor.
The former guarantor could enter Poggioreale thanks to its institutional functions and delivered the goods to Nicholas Donzelli e Vincenzo Castello called “Mamozio”. At that point Iia he left the scene - as reported by Il Roma - while drug trafficking began in the prison, attributable according to investigators to Donzelli and Antonio De Maria. In addition to Pietro Ioia - as Il Roma anticipates - the following were sentenced: Massimiliano Murolo, 6 years and 8 months; Sonia Guillari, 6 years and 8 months; Nicola Donzelli, 8 years; Maria Maresca Cardamone, 6 years old; Vincenzo Castello, 8 years old; Anthony De Maria, 8 years.
