Madonna is no longer intubated and is doing better. Last Saturday, American singer Madonna was found unconscious and taken to a New York City hospital, but the news was only released yesterday.
The pop star was undergoing tough rehearsals for her next Celebration Tour at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, which according to a spokesperson would have been very heavy and would have lasted twelve hours a day. They could probably be the cause of the illness of the 64-year-old Madonna who, as soon as she was transported to the hospital, was immediately intubated and transferred to the ward of intensive therapy.
She is better now, she is no longer intubated and is in a hospital room, assisted by her daughter Lourdes. Her manager, Guy oseary, explained on Instagram that the pop star was hospitalized after developing a serious bacterial infection that required a few days of hospitalization. Oseary added that the singer is still undergoing medical treatment but is expected to be released “full recovery”.
The Celebration Tour, which was due to start in Vancouver on July 15th, has been postponed for the time being, a decision that Madonna would not have wanted to make. However, her staff assured that the tour it will not be cancelled because the singer “he was having a lot of fun during the rehearsals” and would like to hit the road right away. But her team doesn't want to force her.
