Two years after the events, a 62-year-old from San Martino Valle Caudina, in the province of Avellino, was taken to prison by the agents of the Flying Squad of the Irpinia capital who notified him of the prison order issued by the Court of Appeal of Naples.
The man will have to serve a sentence of six years and two months in prison. In the meantime, the injured man, after a long period spent in hospital, also participated as a civil party in the trial that saw his attacker convicted.
