The decision to call for tenders, through an open procedure, for the “extraordinary maintenance of via del Parco Regina Margherita” has been published on the notice board of the Municipality of Naples.
The contract, including the recent price adjustment, is entirely financed with EIB European Investment Bank funds, for a value of 3125564 euros.
“One of the symbolic streets of Naples, which connects Corso Vittorio Emanuele to Piazza Amedeo, is today in such conditions as to create inconvenience both for the travel of cars, motorbikes and buses, and for pedestrian use. – explained the councilor for infrastructure Edoardo Cosenza – thanks to the positive opinion of the Superintendency, the roadway will be made of asphalt which is easier to maintain, leaving the cobblestones only on the sidewalks”.
