They are said to be the perpetrators of the theft of a scooter which took place in Castellammare di Stabia (Napoli) last September 5th. After two and a half months the turning point: the agents of the Stabia police station have in fact executed an order applying the precautionary custody in prison and house arrest, issued by the investigating judge of the court of Torre Annunziata in accordance with the Public Prosecutor's Office, against two people (whose personal details have not been disclosed) accused of aggravated theft in competition.
According to the investigations, the two allegedly took possession of the vehicle, which was regularly parked and locked in Via Traversa Cantieri Mercantili, and then left the area, reaching Naples, where they were however checked by a patrol of the local police.
The viewing of the images from the video surveillance system present at the scene of the theft, the comparison of the photodactyloscopic findings, the comparison between the frames and the details contained in the complaint filed by the owner of the scooter, the check carried out by the suspects in Naples on board the stolen vehicle have all confirmed - according to the Prosecutor's Office - the accusations leveled against the two, one of whom was taken to the Neapolitan prison of Poggioreale and the other placed under house arrest.
